PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
Road safety products may be delivered to several work areas within one regional project. Packing and identification should make the receiving process understandable to teams who did not prepare the original quotation.
What to prepare for the project review
- Label packages with the agreed item and destination-area references.
- Provide a packing record that can be compared with the delivery schedule.
- Confirm storage and handling information for the selected products.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Have the responsible road designer review the proposed locations and product scope. Record how accepted changes reach the quantity schedule and the site team. An equipment supply schedule should support the approved road design, rather than substitute for engineering assessment.
The practical project deliverable
The receiving team should be able to identify the package, relate it to the approved scope and report missing or damaged items through an agreed process.
