PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
Project closeout needs a clear distinction between recording installed products and assessing road-user safety. A delivery or installation record does not replace the design and review activities assigned to the responsible road authority and engineering team.
What to prepare for the project review
- Compile the installed asset list and accepted drawing revisions.
- Record unresolved items and the party responsible for closing each one.
- Retain any agreed independent review and the owner response with the project file.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Have the responsible road designer review the proposed locations and product scope. Record how accepted changes reach the quantity schedule and the site team. An equipment supply schedule should support the approved road design, rather than substitute for engineering assessment.
The practical project deliverable
FHWA describes road safety audits as an independent multidisciplinary review with documented findings and a formal owner response. Keep that review distinct from product receipt.
