PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
A parking project needs an operating brief before the equipment package can be defined. ZAN Group manufactures in Türkiye and works across its regional project markets; the most useful starting point is how the car park should serve its users.
What to prepare for the project review
- Describe visitor, staff, resident and service-vehicle access separately.
- Show entry lanes, exit lanes and pedestrian routes on the layout.
- Identify which payment, guidance and reporting functions are in scope.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Use the same lane and user-group references across the equipment schedule, operating brief and interface register. Invite the operator to review unresolved decisions before the package is released. Separate requested features from functions actually included in the accepted proposal.
The practical project deliverable
The brief should connect the user journey with the equipment schedule, allowing the project team to discuss a coordinated package instead of unrelated devices.
