PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
An ITS supply package should start with the road layout and the intended operating behaviour. ZAN Group connects manufacturing in Türkiye with project execution across the region; a clear brief gives the project team a practical basis for discussing the equipment scope.
What to prepare for the project review
- Mark each junction, approach and equipment location on a dated drawing.
- Separate locally supplied civil works from the controller, detection and communications package.
- Identify the party responsible for approving operational requirements before production.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Bring together the road owner, civil contractor, electrical team and operating team before the package is released. Each group should review the same junction or location schedule. Mark open questions separately so a preliminary allowance is not mistaken for an approved design decision.
The practical project deliverable
The useful output is a coordinated equipment schedule linked to drawings, rather than a list of products with no location or responsibility attached.
Discuss your project with ZAN Group
Share the project country, site drawings, product or system scope, quantities and target programme. ZAN Group manufactures in Türkiye, supplies worldwide and executes projects across its six solution areas in Türkiye, the Middle East and North Africa.
