PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
Parking handover should follow the user journeys agreed in the project brief. The owner needs to review how an authorised user enters, how an exception is handled and what information reaches the operator.
What to prepare for the project review
- Record demonstrations against the approved operating scenarios.
- Compile the installed device list and current operating documents.
- Identify training, support contacts and outstanding actions in the handover record.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Use the same lane and user-group references across the equipment schedule, operating brief and interface register. Invite the operator to review unresolved decisions before the package is released. Separate requested features from functions actually included in the accepted proposal.
The practical project deliverable
The acceptance file should connect the operating scenarios to the delivered equipment, so the owner can understand what was demonstrated and what remains to be resolved.
