What to prepare for the project review
- Record the installed product and finish by room or zone.
- Include the selected manufacturer care information and approved substitutions.
- List spare items, outstanding work and the agreed support contact.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Review the room schedule with the architectural team and the people responsible for installation. Confirm finish selections, wall construction and transitions against the selected product documentation. Keep any areas awaiting measurement or substrate assessment visible before the production package is released.
The practical project deliverable
The maintenance reference should describe the supplied products accurately and direct the operator to the relevant care instructions for each selected system.
