PROJECT PLANNING · MANUFACTURING IN TÜRKIYE · REGIONAL EXECUTION
Manufacturing and site activity need a common programme even when both are in Türkiye. A completed equipment package is only useful if the receiving location, installation team and approved drawings are ready for it.
What to prepare for the project review
- Link equipment release to approved location and interface schedules.
- Confirm who receives and checks each delivery at the site.
- Track changes that affect both production and installation dates.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Bring together the road owner, civil contractor, electrical team and operating team before the package is released. Each group should review the same junction or location schedule. Mark open questions separately so a preliminary allowance is not mistaken for an approved design decision.
The practical project deliverable
A coordinated milestone register turns the programme into a shared working document for the factory, contractor and project owner.
