What to prepare for the project review
- Assign one reference to each proposed equipment type and location group.
- Record the required language and format for drawings and operating information.
- Maintain an approval register showing comments, revisions and release status.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Bring together the road owner, civil contractor, electrical team and operating team before the package is released. Each group should review the same junction or location schedule. Mark open questions separately so a preliminary allowance is not mistaken for an approved design decision.
The practical project deliverable
The production handoff should identify exactly which revision has been accepted and which items remain open for clarification.
