- Record cabinet locations, available space and equipment labels.
- Mark proposed cable routes and any route information that still needs confirmation.
- Separate assets to retain, replace or investigate further.
Coordinate the decisions before release
Bring together the road owner, civil contractor, electrical team and operating team before the package is released. Each group should review the same junction or location schedule. Mark open questions separately so a preliminary allowance is not mistaken for an approved design decision.
